You should be able to -
Monday runs are longer, steady-paced runs.
These are usually between 7 to 9 miles with the route decided on the night.
Wednesday runs are speed, hills or interval based runs designed to improve speed and fitness.

Monday runs are longer, steady-paced runs. Wednesday runs are speed, hills or interval based runs with the group joining Group B for this session. You can take this session at your own pace while you build up your fitness.
